- He's good! I really liked him overall; he's got the relevant experience, and a great attitude and initiative.

- True, I agree. I also appreciated the story of how he suggested to his boss to refactor the design to use a circuit breaker, and then went on designing the whole process of transition and final implementation. He really is the full package!
